A rare co-composition by two Dutch masters — Charles Deenen and Jeroen Tel jointly created "Ala Gal," preserved in the HVSC. The Mind Slayer coded for International Network of Chaos, an American group founded in 1987 whose grandiose name reflected the era's taste for dramatic self-presentation. Released on 5 September 1988, this shows the Dutch composer pipeline reaching deep into the American scene. The Deenen/Tel collaboration is unusual — most SID composers worked independently, making their joint credit a notable exception. INC operated during the final months of competitive American cracking, and their ability to secure music from two of the Netherlands' top composers demonstrates that geographic distance was no barrier to collaboration in the pre-internet scene. The group's "International" self-designation was aspirational but ultimately accurate — they maintained European contacts despite their US base.
